Our standard shed installation service includes everything you need for a smooth experience, from the initial design phase to the final touches. Once you approve, we handle the procurement and transportation of all necessary materials, along with a basic caulking finish for added durability. After installation, our team thoroughly cleans up the site, leaving your space neat and ready to use.
In Utah, permit requirements for sheds vary by location. Generally, sheds under 200 square feet that do not have utilities may not require a permit, but larger sheds or those with electrical or plumbing services typically do. Additionally, some cities have setback rules, requiring sheds to be a certain distance from property lines, other structures, or utilities. If you’re part of a homeowners association (HOA), there may be additional rules to consider. To ensure compliance, it's best to check with your local building department or city planning office before starting your project.
